BlueForce is researching opportunities to support Combat Air Forces (CAF) Bomber Squadron operations/operations support at locations within Air Combat Command (ACC). The squadron's operations support functions provide skills such as aircrew Scheduling, Operations Training, and Standardizations and Evaluations (Stan/Eval) support. The scope of the work would include providing advisory and assistance support services to support non-flying duties within Bomber Squadrons which traditionally utilized Pilots/Weapons System Officers (WSO) to perform additional duties.
Work locations are active duty Bomber Squadrons across ACC locations within CONUS. ACC (CONUS) Base – Wing Squadron Type
•Whiteman AFB, MO – 53 GW, 72 TES
All personnel supporting this PWS shall meet the following requirements:
-Knowledge and understanding of national, DoD, and U.S. Air Force statutory and regulatory policies, directives, and procedures relating to logistics and operations activities.
-Ability to gather, assemble, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, conduct analysis, devise recommended solutions, and package the entire process in briefings, papers, or reports suitable for executive use and decision making.
-Skill in written communications to allow effective articulation of assigned tasks and publication of new and updated products.
-Must be able to work in a team environment and independently with limited supervision all while developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships.
-Experience navigating NIPR and SIPR type IT systems.
-Contract employees shall possess a minimum of an active SECRET security clearance at the time of contract award unless otherwise specified.
-CMEs must possess a Secret Clearance or previously held Secret Clearance which has expired (not revoked).
-CMEs must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a Bomber Squadron, Group, and/or Wing Stan/Eval shop or three (3) years of experience working in a DoD Flying Squadron, Group, and/or Wing equivalent Stan/Eval office
.-CMEs must possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with PEX (or similar proprietary Stan/Eval programs).
