Job title: HR Admin Assistant
Hours: 8-5, M-F
Work environment: Professional but in a production facility
Dress code: Business Casual
Prescreens: Sterling background check
To get all employee personnel files into compliance--make new employee files, pull terminated employee files, put new employee documents into appropriate file, ensure contents of files are within records management guidelines as provided.
Education Required: High School Diploma
Other Required Experience/Qualifications:
-Past experience in an office environment that includes filing documents in compliance with a particular method/system
-Ability to work independently and autonomously
-Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
-Prior human resources experience is a plus, but not a necessity
