T06Job Description Summary
Provide general clerical support. This will include answering phones, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.
Graduation from high school and two years of experience in general clerical or office work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and equipment. Knowledge of proper grammar, style, syntax, spelling, punctuation, and mathematical calculations. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to perform a variety of clerical work requiring some exercise of judgment. Ability to maintain records and to prepare standard reports. Ability to make basic mathematical computations. Ability to operate a variety of office equipment. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public and ease of interaction with a wide variety of individuals. Excellent work history and attendance record.
